Drinking Well, Not Just Less
Know the UK Low-Risk Guidelines
The UK Chief Medical Officers recommend no more than 14 units of alcohol per week for both men and women. Spread drinking over three or more days if you regularly consume this amount. A standard Brewtide can contains approximately 1.5 units.
Alcohol and Exercise
Brewtide is designed to fit an active lifestyle - but alcohol affects the body's recovery processes. We recommend consuming Brewtide in moderation, particularly around training sessions. Always stay hydrated, and never use alcohol as a post-workout primary recovery strategy.
Never Drink and Drive
Do not drink alcohol if you are driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full attention and reaction time. There is no safe amount of alcohol to drink before driving in the UK. Use alternative transport, arrange a designated driver, or plan ahead.
Alcohol-Free Days
Having regular alcohol-free days each week gives your body time to recover. The NHS recommends building in at least two alcohol-free days per week as a baseline habit for maintaining good health.
Pregnancy
The safest approach during pregnancy is to not drink alcohol at all. Brewtide products contain alcohol and are not suitable for those who are pregnant or trying to conceive.
